Global Talent Acquisition & Performance Manager
Main responsibilities
The role, reporting directly to the Group HR Director, will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management strategies, as well as HR Development policies and processes across the entire Group (both in Italy and abroad).
The main objective of the role is to ensure the Group attracts, develops, and retains talented professionals, aligning HR initiatives with the company’s strategic goals.
Main responsabilities:
- Design and implement an innovative system for Talent Management and Development, ensuring it is aligned with the current and future needs of the Group;
- Develop and implement Talent Acquisition & Development strategies aimed at building a leadership pipeline for the Group, including succession planning programs and appropriate development paths for high-potential employees and all professional families;
- Develop and oversee the Performance Management system, ensuring it is fair, transparent, and effective, and aligned with business objectives;
- Continuously monitor employee performance and develop individual and team growth plans;
- Define and implement training plans that support skill development and improve individual and collective performance, in order to maintain the Group's competitiveness in its reference market;
- Work closely with business leaders to promote an inclusive culture focused on growth and innovation, ensuring talent development initiatives are aligned with the Group’s values and goals;
- Develop strategies to improve employee engagement, reduce turnover, and foster a stimulating and attractive work environment;
- Monitor and analyze talent management and employee development data, providing regular reports to senior management;
- Measure the ROI of talent development and acquisition initiatives and propose solutions to improve process effectiveness.
Candidate profile
Requirements:
- Degree in Humanities with a specialization in HR, Work Psychology, or in Economics with an organizational focus;
- Proven experience (approximately 10 years) in similar roles with responsibility over Talent Acquisition/Management & Performance/Development processes, gained in complex and structured corporate environments;
- Strong knowledge of best practices in human resources development, performance management, and leadership development;
- Experience in change management and in the implementation of strategic HR projects;
- Fluent in English.
