Franchise BP Senior Controller - Consumer Health Care
Main responsibilities
The position, part of an innovative and dynamic Finance team, will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and providing strategic support to the Consumer Health Care (CHC) Business Unit and across the others central financial functions.
The Senior Business Controller will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, ensuring financial excellence, optimizing performance, and driving strategic decision-making aligned to company's mission entirely on improving the lives of patients.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic business partnering;
- Performance monitoring and KPI management;
- Financial management, analysis and reporting;
- Cost control and optimization;
- Compliance and process improvement.
Candidate profile
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines; a master's degree (e.g. MBA) and professional certifications (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA) are a strong advantage;
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage is considered a plus;
- Strong experience in financial analysis, business controlling, and business partnerships roles, acquired in international Pharmaceutical / Consumer Healthcare companies characterized by global and/or matrix organization;
- Knowledge of financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, or similar ERP);
- Excellent understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills through sustainable and innovative ideas.

- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at high organizational levels;
- Strong leadership with proven experience in driving and accelerating transformative change;
- People agility combined with a strong cross-functional mindset to work effectively both locally and globally.
