Division Manager
Main responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Division Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing the development strategy of a specific product line, overseeing its entire life cycle and driving growth both nationally and internationally.
Main responsibilities:
• Strategic & Business Development: definition and supervision of product line objectives, supporting commercial growth in Italy and abroad through market share analysis, channel development and identification of new business opportunities, in close collaboration with the Sales Department and international subsidiaries.
• Product Innovation & Continuous Improvement: interaction with R&D and other corporate functions to drive product development and enhancement, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory requirements and corporate standards.
• Project & Client Excellence: coordination of Technical Product Specialists and direct interface with the Sales Area for key projects and strategic clients, guaranteeing tailored initiatives and high-impact solutions.
• Go-to-Market & Brand Activation: management of new product launches, in partnership with Marketing and Communication, from strategy definition to dedicated events, ensuring brand visibility and consistent compliance with quality, safety and environmental systems.
Candidate profile
Solid experience in Product Management or Marketing/Commercial roles, gained within structured and international organizations.
• Background preferably in companies operating in the Contract or Interior Design sectors, or in industrial contexts related to construction.
• Proven experience in managing both Italian and international markets, with a focus on strategic development, profitability, and commercial dynamics.
• Ability to interact effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders, working in a cross-functional environment.
• Availability for frequent business trips in Italy and abroad;
• Fluent English.
