For a well-established multinational company operating in the Life Sciences sector, we are looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of:
Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager
Main responsibilities
- Support the preparation and review of the Group's consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards;
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders involved in the consolidation and reporting process, including external auditors;
- Collaborate with local Finance teams across the Group to address complex accounting and reporting topics;
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of financial reporting policies, procedures and governance practices at Group level;
- Ensure the timely delivery of reliable financial information to key corporate functions;
- Participate in Finance transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing consolidation, reporting and data management processes;
- Promote process standardization and best practices across international entities, improving data quality and reporting consistency.
Candidate profile
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
- Proven experience in a headquarters or Group Finance role within a complex and structured industrial organization, with direct exposure to statutory and managerial consolidated financial reporting;
- Experience in managerial consolidation and reporting processes will be considered a plus;
- Strong knowledge of accounting and consolidation principles, including IFRS and OIC;
- Experience in Finance transformation or process improvement projects;
- Proven experience in working with advanced consolidation and financial reporting systems;
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Flexibility and adaptability, combined with effective communication skills and the ability to drive innovation and manage change.

Compensation Package
An attractive compensation package is offered, including a gross annual salary in the range of €80.000 to €100.000, commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience and skills, plus a performance-based bonus.
