Group CCO (Chief Commercial Officer)

The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating growth and steering the commercial strategy across the European operations.
Our client has established market leadership through sustained organic growth and strategic acquisitions. As they evolve their organizational structure to support the next phase of expansion, they need an experienced commercial leader to drive revenue growth and optimize their go-to-market approach across multiple markets.
Purpose of the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the commercial direction of a dynamic and growth-oriented organization with a proven track record of success in the European B2B services sector. The Group CCO will report directly to the Group CEO and will lead the Group’s sales team in charge of the company’s core services. He/she will be responsible for developing and coordinating the commercial strategy in both domestic and international markets, expanding the company’s footprint and strengthening relationships with key partners and clients.
Candidate profile
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior commercial leadership roles within high value-added B2B service sectors (such as: fintech - digital payment solutions; SaaS – Software as a Service; logistics and transportation services; telematics and mobility solutions; fuel cards; fleet management, etc.), gained in complex corporate and organizational environments at an international level
- Commercially minded leader with extensive experience in global strategic sales management, combined with strong customer focus, market awareness and strategic thinking
- Demonstrated people management skills: a team builder and team player, capable of leading and motivating global teams

Location
Location: Milan (Italy) – willingness to travel frequently across Italy and internationally is required. If the role is filled by a non-Italian candidate, availability to spend at least one week per month in Milan is required, with flexibility based on business needs.
