Global Product Manager Machinery – Polymers, Composites & Metal
Main responsibilities
The role is responsible for defining and managing the machine tools product portfolio aligning business strategies with the corporate vision and leading the go-to-market strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the product vision and manage the product at across the entire lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch, maintenance and improvement
- Ensure the existing polymers, composites and metal product portfolio remains attractive, effective and profitable through strategic positioning, margin optimization and product renewal
- Identify new business opportunities and evolving customer needs that drive the development of new products creating value for both the company and customers
- Coordinate technical and commercial communication between central functions (Product Development & Application, Go To Market) and local sales and marketing teams
- Support local commercial strategies by identifying region-specific product opportunities aligned with the potential of each geographic area
- Support product launches and market introduction, collaborating with Markets to ensure strong positioning, compelling value propositions, and impactful go-to-market execution
Candidate profile
- Degree in Engineering, Technical disciplines or related fields.
- A strong knowledge of the industrial machinery sector for the processing of polymers, composites and metal is essential.
- Product lifecycle management and market analysis experience
- Cross-functional leadership skills, strategic vision, and strong results orientation.
- Strategic thinking, personal initiative, and the ability to turn ideas into tangible opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Fluency in English and Italian (C1 level).
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Location
Marche (Italy) – on-site presence is suggested for 3 to 4 days per week.
